Core muscles – what do we automatically think….ABS, right?
Core muscles are both abdominal muscles AND back muscles (as well as the pelvis and bum)
Connected to the spine is an lovely system of muscles and ligaments that help increase the strength and stability of the spine, arms and legs. So they keep the body upright and help with movement.
The back muscles can often be neglected in a normal workout, but are so important to help with posture and to avoid injury….not just at the gym, but in our everyday tasks and other activities too.
Some of my favourite back exercises include:

⚡️Single dumbbell row
