I am a wife and mother of three young children based in West Lothian. I left my job as an accountant having had my third child and decided to pursue my passion for fitness and healthy living. I’ve always had a love for running and strength training so I found it a natural transition to pursue a career in the industry.
Fitness has always been a part of my life, but since having my children I really learned to appreciate my wellbeing to the same extent. All of my children were born via caesarean section and so rest and healing were essential to my recovery. However, I truly believe that without continuing to take that time for myself through specific exercise before, during and after each pregnancy I would never have come back as strong both physically and mentally.
My aim is to use my experiences to help others achieve the same mindset and lifestyle, whatever stage they are at in their busy lifestyles. It can be so easy to forget about ourselves when we have so much going on around us and often or not it has a negative impact. My Granny used to say ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’……she was wise!
I want my clients to come away from each session feeling like the best version of themselves and using that positive energy to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
