Payments, Cancellations and Refund Policy
Payment is due in advance of any sessions and block bookings made. To secure a date in advance of the sessions, block bookings and classes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance due before the session or block begins.
The method for payment is via bank transfer.
If you would like to renew your sessions or block bookings then you must let us know no later than the final week of your current block and you should arrange payment prior to starting this next block.
All payments should be made to Mrs Gillian M J Wells, with the client name as a reference.
Same day cancellations for any service provided will not be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will be given permission to make up with an additional session during and not after the current block.
If something arises that means you are unable to continue with you sessions, please contact your trainer who will discuss the available options in more detail.
- Understandably we have all suffered in one way or another this year due to the virus. The policies above still stand and we will continue with sessions via zoom (if agreeable with client and trainer) or when restrictions are lifted if they ever need to be postponed due to government announcements following the lockdown in summer 2020. Please get in touch should you need to discuss further.
- Should you need to isolate for any period of time during your block and wish to postpone your 1:1 sessions this will be at the discretion of your trainer.
